Overview
About Jūrmala Art Fair: "Jūrmala Art Fair - 2018" will be held from July 18 - 22, at the Boutique Hotel Light House Hotel Jurmala.
This is the international annual fair of contemporary art with the goal to develop the art market in Latvia, to introduce the tradition of collecting objects of world contemporary art. Within the framework of the fair there are exhibitions, lectures, master-classes of recognized world artists and art business professionals.
Visitors of the fair will have an opportunity not only to get acquainted with big names in contemporary art, but also to receive private professional advice, and to purchase collectible works as David Lynch lithographies.
Most of the fair's events are open for all visitors and are free.

Chinese Tibetan Tangka art is drawn from pigments made of gemstones and gold. Every painting is created with a long time.The picture is exquisite and the artistic value is extremely high.
In 2014,Christie's Hong Kong auction house sold a Tangka for 384 million HK$.
In Jurmala Art Fair we will show masterpieces such as the lord King Kong (represents intelligence) who is as Sakyamuni.There are a variety of guardians around in this painting.

Lecture by Mona Lisa Tina - art therapist from Italy.
The intervention aims to illustrate the theoretical application of art therapy with a psychodynamic orientation, its methodology and the experience of "open studio" of art therapy aimed at young patients who undergo radio and chemotherapy treatments and their mothers, in the ward of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology "Lalla Seràgnoli" at the Policlinico Sant'Orsola-Malpighi of Bologna, supported and promoted by AGEOP, (Association of Parents Hematology Pediatric Oncology).
Kids Masterclass
Jurmala Art Fair 2018 present a master class for children by Latvian painter Anna Silabrama. In an entertaining and playful form, children learn about the art of surrealism and try to create their own picture in the technique of collage.
